Thomas R. Greer is a personal injury attorney at Bailey & Greer PLLC in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Greer has over 17 years of experience practicing personal injury and medical malpractice law, representing clients throughout the Memphis metropolitan area.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Greer has secured considerable awards in verdicts and settlements for the injured and their families. He provides compassionate and personal service while fighting to protect the rights of his clients and obtain a fair outcome on their behalf. In addition to his practice, he regularly gives presentations on personal injury law to legal organizations and speaks to high school students about the dangers of distracted driving.

Mr. Greer graduated cum laude from Tennessee Tech University in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in history. He went on to graduate magna cum laude from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2005. He is qualified to practice law in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi, before several federal courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th and 8th circuits.
