Burke Keaty focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation as an attorney at Morgan & Morgan. Throughout his career, he has been able to obtain significant compensation for his plaintiff clients through both jury awards and negotiated settlements, including a 2019 jury verdict in the amount of $821,270.
Mr. Keaty majored in finance as an undergraduate at The University of Tennessee, and in 2005, he received a Bachelor of Science with honors. He remained in Knoxville and obtained his legal education at The University of Tennessee College of Law, and he clerked for a civil litigation firm before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 2008. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan in May 2017, Mr. Keaty was a partner at another Nashville firm, where he had a personal injury practice. He is frequently asked to deliver presentations to colleagues on topics related to his practice area.
