David Weissman is the partner in charge of civil litigation at the Nashville, Tennessee law firm Raybin & Weissman, P.C. Mr. Weissman primarily represents clients who have suffered personal injuries, need assistance with Social Security Disability claims, or are involved in insurance or contract disputes. He also represents clients with civil rights claims. An experienced litigator, Mr. Weissman has amassed an impressive case record trying in excess of 100 cases to verdict. Before joining the firm in 2008, he ran a successful law firm in South Florida for nearly 20 years, helping to facilitate its growth from a two-person firm into one spanning two offices and featuring a support staff of more than 50 legal professionals.
Mr. Weissman earned his J.D. in 1989 at the Florida State University College of Law. He possesses certification from The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education and is a frequent speaker for the Nashville Bar Association and other professional organizations. In addition, he holds membership in the Tennessee Association for Justice, the Nashville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, the American Bar Association and the American Inns of Court. Mr. Weissman also belongs to numerous professional organizations in Utah and Florida.
