In his role as an assistant attorney general, he led numerous jury trials and successfully argued cases before the Tennessee Court of Appeals.

Following this, Mr. Scarbrough worked as an associate with some of Tennessee's most experienced and successful construction and real estate attorneys. Since establishing his own firm as a solo practice in 2008, he has developed it into one of the state’s most respected and rapidly expanding construction and real estate practices.

Mr. Scarbrough embarked on his legal journey at Samford University Cumberland School of Law, where he earned his degree in 2000. Following his success on the bar exam that same year, he began practicing law in Tennessee. His legal prowess extends to the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Western and Eastern Districts of Tennessee, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
