J. Ross Pepper of Pepper Law, PLC, in Nashville, Tennessee, is a trial attorney with over 30 years of experience. Mr. Pepper's litigation practice focuses on business and commercial law, real estate law, and will and trust litigation. He represents clients throughout Tennessee. He is the founding member of Pepper Law, PLC.
Mr. Pepper has represented a wide array of clients, including individuals, individual shareholders, LLC members and businesses large and small. He has successfully handled cases in state and federal courts throughout Tennessee, and has argued appeals before the Court of Appeals of Tennessee and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Pepper authors the Tennessee Business Litigation Lawyers Blog, a well-recognized resource relied on frequently by other Tennessee lawyers.

Mr. Pepper serves on the Executive Board of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee.
Mr. Pepper graduated with high honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Pepper was on the staff of the Tennessee Law Review and was a member of the constitutional law moot court team. He is also a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He holds a license to practice before all Tennessee state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
