Lindsay Cordes is an experienced personal injury attorney serving Nashville clients at Morgan & Morgan. Despite her current position in Tennessee, she started her legal career in Kentucky as a family law attorney. Over the past seven years of switching her focus to personal injury law, she has worked on a wide range of cases. These include nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, mass torts and car wrecks. She also represents victims of neglect and sexual assault in civil cases.
Ms. Cordes graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky with a degree in business administration. Incredibly enough, she achieved this while pursuing a double major in management and marketing. In 2010, she then completed her law degree at the University of Kentucky College of Law. During this time, she served on the Trial Advocacy Board.
The same compassion and empathy that drew Ms. Cordes to family law so many years ago now pull her toward advocating for abuse and neglect victims. Consequently, nursing home abuse makes up a significant portion of her personal injury workload. While working at a previous law firm in Kentucky, she played an instrumental role in winning multimillion-dollar settlements for her clients.
Outside of work, Ms. Cordes loves dogs, including her three (a Yellow Lab, dachshund and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel), cooking and scuba diving with her husband when she gets the rare chance to go.Â
