In 1977, Mr. McNally earned a Bachelor of Arts in history from Wake Forest University. He then went on to earn his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1982.

Having more than 30 years of experience, Mr. McNally understands that there is a lot at stake when college students find themselves facing criminal charges. He places an emphasis on educating his clients about the charges they are facing and their options, so that they are able to make informed decisions about their futures. Mr. McNally's experience includes helping clients with post-conviction relief issues at the state and federal court levels. His notable successes include helping clients who were accused of sexual battery to get new trials on the grounds of prosecutorial misconduct.

Over the course of his career, Mr. McNally has gained the respect of his clients and his peers.
