As the founder of McNALLY LAW, Mr. McNally is dedicated to serving clients throughout Tennessee and Kentucky. He focuses his practice on criminal defense, generally handling cases that involve:

In 1977, Mr. McNally earned a Bachelor of Arts in history from Wake Forest University. He then went on to earn his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1982.

Having nearly 40 years of experience, Mr. McNally understands that there is a lot at stake when a person find themself facing criminal charges. He places an emphasis on educating his clients about the charges they are facing and their options, so that they are able to make informed decisions about their futures. Mr. McNally's experience includes helping clients with appeals and post-conviction relief issues at the state and federal court levels.

Over the course of his career, Mr. McNally has gained the respect of his clients and his peers. The Nashville Bar Association has presented Mr. McNally with its Assistance of Counsel Award.
