Attorney Patrick Witherington is the founder and principal of Witherington Law, PLLC, located in Nashville, Tennessee. In 2002, he obtained his Juris Doctor, and that same year, the Tennessee Bar Association admitted him to practice. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Fully committed to his practice, Mr. Witherington is active with the Nashville Bar Association, where he served on the board of the young lawyer's division. He is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, The Harry Phillips American Inn of Court and is a barrister with The Belmont University College of Law American Inn of Court. In 2008, he served as chairman for the Davidson County High School Mock Trial Competition.
