Patrick Witherington

The principal and founder of Witherington Injury Law, based in Nashville, Tennessee, attorney Patrick Witherington, is dedicated to assisting clients across the state who have suffered injuries or losses due to the negligence or misconduct of others. His areas of proficiency include:

Mr. Witherington earned his Bachelor of Science degree with honors in accounting from The University of Alabama in 1999, followed by a Juris Doctor from The University of Tennessee College of Law, Knoxville, in 2002. While at law school, he contributed as an editor to the Tennessee Law Review. He was admitted to the Tennessee Bar Association and was licensed to practice law before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee in the same year.

An active member of the legal community, Mr. Witherington participates in the Nashville Bar Association (NBA), having formerly served on the board of the Young Lawyers Division. He is also affiliated with the American Association for Justice and the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association. In 2008, he chaired the Davidson County High School Mock Trial Competition.
