Richard S. Frankowski is the founder of The Frankowski Firm. With offices in Nashville, Tennessee, and Birmingham, Alabama, he focuses his practice on various aspects of securities law, providing representation to consumers and shareholders throughout both states. Mr. Frankowski has handled matters including stockbroker negligence, direct and derivative shareholder lawsuits, Ponzi schemes, real estate investment trust and mutual fund fraud, and other forms of securities fraud. He has extensive experience in class actions as well, and he has appeared on behalf of his clients in arbitration proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc.

Majoring in political science, Mr. Frankowski attended Georgetown University as an undergraduate and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1993. After earning a Master of Arts in foreign service from the same institution in 1997, he enrolled at the University of Alabama School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2000. In the same year, Mr. Frankowski earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama Manderson Graduate School of Business.

After graduation, Mr. Frankowski joined a well-known Birmingham law firm, where he handled securities litigation and arbitration. After spending six years there, he was a partner at another Birmingham firm before founding The Frankowski Firm in December 2013. Mr. Frankowski is admitted to practice before all Alabama and Florida state courts.
