Thomas Overton

A highly regarded criminal defense attorney, Thomas “Tommy” Overton is the founder of the Law Offices of Thomas T. Overton. He is based in Nashville, Tennessee, and he represents clients throughout the middle portion of the state. As an undergraduate, he attended the University of Tennessee at Martin, where he majored in public administration and received a Bachelor of Science in 1982. After working for the state’s Board of Claims, Mr. Overton enrolled at Nashville School of Law, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1987.
