Chaile M. Allen

Chaile M. Allen founded the Law Firm of Chaile Allen, PLLC, in Abilene, Texas, and has earned a reputation as an advocate in high-stakes civil litigation, representing clients in personal injury claims, complex commercial disputes, product liability suits, energy sector conflicts and construction litigation. Her strategic approach combines case preparation with an understanding of the legal landscape and the realities faced by her clients. She is known for achieving favorable outcomes in complex cases.

Ms. Allen was raised on her family’s cotton farm just north of the small West Texas town of Roscoe, where she graduated in 2003. She proudly carries the legacy of her great-grandparents, Austrian immigrants who settled in Inadale, Texas, and established the family farm in 1911, shaping a heritage rooted in resilience, tradition and hard work. 

After graduating from Roscoe High School in 2003, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas Tech University in 2006. She then attended Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center, graduating in 2009 with a Juris Doctor and a graduate diploma in civil law. 

Licensed in both Texas and Louisiana, Ms. Allen began her career clerking for the 26th Judicial District Court in Bossier and Webster parishes before joining a Louisiana medical malpractice firm in 2010, where she handled negligence cases from intake through resolution.

Returning home in 2015, Ms. Allen opened her practice in Abilene, where she leverages her experience to serve clients. She serves as secretary/treasurer of the Abilene Bar Association and sits on the board of directors of the Abilene chapter of the Texas Tech Alumni Association. She remains devoted to advancing the legal profession and justice in her West Texas community. She also holds a “Very Good” rating on Avvo.
