For more than a decade, Cory Clements has built his career as a trial lawyer dedicated to standing up for people when the stakes are highest. Licensed in 2014, Cory has taken cases before Texas juries, fighting for clients in both criminal defense and civil matters — and winning.
As a criminal defense attorney, Cory has defended clients facing everything from misdemeanors to murder charges. He believes that every case deserves an aggressive defense, no matter the level of charge, and he treats each client’s freedom as if it were his own. His reputation is built on meticulous preparation, relentless courtroom advocacy, and a track record of favorable verdicts.
As a personal injury lawyer, Cory has represented individuals and families harmed by negligence, handling cases ranging from dog bites to wrongful death. Over the years, he has helped recover millions of dollars on behalf of his clients, holding corporations, insurance companies, and negligent parties accountable. His firm is especially experienced in 18-wheeler and commercial vehicle crashes and oil field injury cases — the kinds of high-stakes claims where powerful companies often fight hardest to avoid responsibility.
No matter the case — whether a $1,000 injury claim or a $10,000,000 catastrophic loss — Cory approaches each client’s situation with the same commitment: we fight, and we win. He believes that every client deserves a lawyer who treats their case as the most important case on the docket, and that dedication has made him a trusted advocate for Texans seeking justice.
