Attorney Jennifer J. Spencer is the founding partner of Jackson Spencer Law. She has over 35 years of experience advocating for the rights of employees facing difficulties in their workplace. A skilled and compassionate employment litigation attorney, she plays a critical role in advising and protecting the rights of Texas employees.

Ms. Spencer believes that every employee is entitled to expect fair and just treatment in their workplace. Ms. Spencer graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas A&M University in 1984. She then attended The University of Texas at Austin School of Law to pursue her legal education. She received her Juris Doctor and was inducted into the Order of the Coif in 1987. The same year, she obtained her certified public accountant (CPA) license and became authorized to practice law in Texas.
