Christian (Chris) D. Stewart

On the trademark side, Mr. Stewart primarily focuses on trademark registrations, litigation and negotiations. He along with his team have successfully obtained over 600 U.S. trademark registrations in two decades. In fact, Mr. Stewart has the highest number of U.S. trademark registrations among attorneys in the Texas Panhandle and South Plains region. Additionally, he has an impressive track record of registering trademarks globally, with a particular focus on Mexico, Canada, the European Union, Australia and China.

Mr. Stewart received his J.D. with honors in 1996 from Nebraska College of Law, where he was part of the Nebraska Law Review and inducted into the Order of the Coif. Prior to that, he obtained his B.A. magna cum laude from West Texas A&M University in 1992. He is admitted to practice law in Missouri (1996) and Texas (1999). Additionally, he was admitted in Kansas in 1997, although he currently holds an inactive status in that state.

A fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, Mr. Stewart is actively affiliated with the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Amarillo Area Bar Association, the Lubbock Area Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas – Intellectual Property Law, Computer and Technology, and Litigation Sections.
