While studying, he was an active member of the Mock Trial Team, and he graduated as a member of the Baylor Order of Barristers. He holds his license to practice before all Texas state courts as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
Mr. Russell is the former Director of the Amarillo Bar Association, and he is an active member of the State Bar of Texas and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
