Scott M. Brown is the founder and senior partner of Scott M. Brown & Associates, a premier law firm with offices in Angleton, Pearland, and League City, Texas.

Mr. Brown is board certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Out of all the attorneys in the State of Texas, less than 1% are board certified in Divorce and Family Law, which distinguishes Mr. Brown as an expert in the field of Divorce and Family Law.  This certification recognizes his extensive expertise and proven results in the field of divorce and family law.

For more than two decades, Mr. Brown has led a team dedicated to achieving exceptional outcomes for clients facing life’s most difficult challenges. Mr. Brown earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Rice University in 1997, followed by his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 2000. A former college baseball player who went on to play semi-professionally after law school, he brings that same drive, discipline, and competitive spirit to the courtroom. His background in athletics continues to shape his approach as a lawyer—strategic, resilient, and relentless in pursuit of victory for his clients.
