Tommy Fuller is a board certified attorney with more than twenty-four years of experience representing clients in state and federal courtrooms throughout Texas. Tommy often works with schools, both public and private. Tommy won a pair of cases before the Texas Supreme Court which established the governmental status, rights, and immunities of charter schools. Tommy also won a case before the National Labor Relations Board in Washington, DC which resulted in a Board Decision in which the Board declared it has no jurisdiction over Texas charter schools, a first in the nation. Tommy has also won before the Fifth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, state courts of appeal, and federal and state trial courts. Tommy is dually board-certified in both Administrative Law and Consumer and Commercial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
