Adam G. Price

Mr. Price is a partner at DiNovo Price LLP and a seasoned litigator whose practice involves representing plaintiffs and defendants alike in various intellectual property and commercial matters, with a concentration on patent infringement litigation.

Mr. Price has represented clients in a range of technical disciplines including data encryption and access control, digital rights management, Bluetooth and wireless communication protocols, camera-cell phone integration, data transfer protocols, internet search functionality and algorithms, image compression and transmittal, mobile phones, software systems and computer hardware and peripherals.

Outside of patent infringement, Mr. Price has considerable commercial litigation experience, including business torts (such as unfair competition, misappropriation, tortious interference with contracts and/or prospective business relationships, fraud, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty and deceptive trade practices), trade secret litigation, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, employment disputes, complex real estate disputes and general breach of contract claims.

Since co-founding the firm in 2007, Mr. Price has served as lead or supporting counsel in cases which have generated in excess of $100 million in settlements, verdicts, or awards.

Mr. Price is licensed to practice in Texas, including the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
