Ard Ardalan

The founder of Ardalan Law Firm PLLC in Austin, Texas, Ard Ardalan founded the firm with the goal of helping injured Texans stand up against insurance companies and reckless companies. Dedicated to this goal, he represents victims in cases involving car accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, products liability, burn injuries, medical malpractice and data center claims, among others. Serving clients across Austin, he has represented hundreds of individuals and helped them recover appropriate compensation for the injuries they have sustained.

In addition to the above, Mr. Ardalan counsels tenants who have been injured as a result of landlord negligence, including premises liability, unsafe conditions and toxic hazards. Approaching each case with empathy and compassion, he places high priority on listening to his clients’ stories. Ensuring they feel heard and supported, he tailors his strategies to obtain the rightful compensation his clients are owed for their suffering.

An alumnus of The University of Texas School of Law, Mr. Ardalan kicked his practice off, serving as a clerk in Dallas and Austin. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2017 and has since gained nearly a decade of experience in the field of personal injury. An active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association and the Austin Young Lawyers Association, he stays abreast of recent developments in his field.
