In 1972, Mr. Powers graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts. He then went on to attend The University of Texas School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 1975.
With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Powers understands the unique, and often difficult, dynamics that has litigated a number of high-stakes cases throughout Central Texas.
