Majoring in history, Mr. Leake earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas in 2009. Following this, he attended the University of Houston Law Center and earned his Juris Doctor in 2013. While at law school, he received several accolades for his academic excellence, including the Hofheinz Award for top advocate of the year and the Byron McCoy Excellence in Advocacy Award. He was also inducted into the National Order of Barristers.
With a solid foundation in law, Mr. Leake started his practice in the state in 2013, working alongside his father, a renowned trial attorney with over three decades of experience. During this period, he primarily focused on representing small businesses and individuals across North Texas in lawsuits and hearings. After a couple of years, he joined Wright & Greenhill PC in January 2020 and now currently represents and advises businesses and individuals nationwide.
Ever since joining the firm, Austin Monthly Magazine has honored Mr. Leake’s work and named him a Top Lawyer. He also holds a “Superb” rating on Avvo. The Austin Young Lawyers Association presented him with the President’s Award of Merit in recognition of his contributions to the legal society.
