Brandie Moser

Brandie Moser is an associate attorney at Ross • Scalise Employment Lawyers in Austin, Texas, where she advocates for employees facing workplace injustices, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment and discrimination. Drawing from her own experiences as one of six daughters raised by a single mother in Oakland, California, she understands the financial and emotional toll these challenges can take. Her practice is driven by a commitment to helping clients overcome these obstacles and achieve fair outcomes.

Ms. Moser earned her J.D., cum laude, from Texas A&M School of Law in 2020, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and contributed to the law review. During law school, she served as a student attorney in the Tax Dispute Resolution Clinic, representing low-income taxpayers against the IRS and helping clients save homes, vehicles and other assets from unfair collection efforts. She also gained experience as a teaching assistant and research assistant, further honing her analytical and advocacy skills.

Prior to law school, Ms. Moser graduated cum laude with a B.B.A. in economics from The University of Texas at San Antonio, where she was a Terry Foundation Scholar, University Peer Mentor and Community Service Chair for Phi Alpha Delta. Her early volunteer work included teaching personal finance to high school students in underserved areas, reflecting her long-standing commitment to empowering others.

Ms. Moser’s career began in civil rights law, litigating cases involving excessive force and jail neglect across Texas. Today, she continues to pursue justice for employees, zealously representing clients to ensure they obtain fair outcomes and accountability from their employers.

Licensed to practice in Texas and admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, Ms. Moser combines legal experience, compassion and determination to advocate effectively for those facing workplace challenges. Her approach is guided by fairness, empathy and an unwavering commitment to her clients’ well-being.
