Claire Partin

Claire E. Partin is an attorney at the FVF Law Firm based in Austin, Texas. Serving clients all over Texas with a special emphasis in Austin and central Texas for more than eight years, she concentrates her practice on all areas of personal injury.

Dedicated and persistent, Ms. Partin is known for her zealous and tenacious advocacy for those who have been injured through no fault of their own, especially when they have sustained injuries due to someone else’s careless and negligent actions. Her extensive trial experience, coupled with her compassion for her clients’ well-being, enables her to provide efficient legal services to all her clients.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, Ms. Putin graduated from Texas A&M University. She went on to study law at St. Mary's University School of Law and obtained her Juris Doctor in 2014.  While in law school, she was chosen to intern at the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, gaining invaluable experience working with voting rights attorneys as well as education advocates.

Additionally, Ms. Putin served as a volunteer at the St. Mary’s Center for Legal Justice, providing pro bono services to low-income clients. She is licensed to practice in Texas and before the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and the Supreme Court of Texas.

Ms. Putin holds active memberships in the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Austin Bar Association. She has received a “Good” rating on Avvo for her notable work in the personal injury field.
