Mr. Walsh received his B.A. in theater from The University of Texas at Austin and his Juris Doctor with honors from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law. While in law school, he obtained Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Law, Tom Hathaway Memorial Scholarship for Trial Advocacy for three years and the Dean’s Achievement Award for the highest grade in his Federal Courts class. Meanwhile, he interned at the Dallas County Public Defender’s Office and Houston’s 14th Court of Appeals. In addition to completing international and comparative law at University College London, he was part of the National Security Clinic and one of the finalists in the ABA Law Student Division Arbitration Competition in fall of 2009.

Mr. Walsh is affiliated with the following organizations: the Texas Employment Lawyers Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Austin Bar Association, the Austin Bar Foundation, the Austin Young Lawyers Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association and the Texas Exes.
