Connie S. Ditto

At Beckstead Terry Ditto PLLC, in Austin, Texas, Connie S. Her dedication extends to community service, where she actively participates in numerous legal and community organizations. She serves on the Board of Trustees for Manos de Cristo and is President of MAMAS-Austin. As a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow, she is involved with the Barbara Jordan Inn of Court and is a sustaining fellow of the Travis County Women Lawyers’ Foundation. Additionally, she co-chairs the Austin Bar’s Fee Dispute Committee and acts as Vice-Chair for the Austin Bar’s ADR Section.

Originally from the Midwest, Ms. Ditto graduated with distinction from Purdue University and completed a Critical Care and Trauma Nursing Internship at Parkland Hospital in Dallas. Her nursing background includes work in emergency and trauma departments and intensive care units. She pursued legal studies at Loyola University Chicago and completed her final year at the University of Tennessee, earning top honors in employment law and a health law certificate.

Ms. Ditto began her legal career with licenses in Tennessee and Georgia before relocating to Texas in 2011, where she practiced litigation in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, and later moved to Austin in 2016. Her experience spans commercial litigation, personal injury, premises liability, trucking and construction defect litigation. Her current practice focuses on health law privacy, commercial business disputes and employment law, and she mediates all civil matters except family law.
