Mr. Courville earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from The University of Texas at Austin. He then went on to attend The University of Texas at Austin School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor degree in 1998. While here, he served as an associate editor of the university’s law journal, The Review of Litigation. He is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
As an active member of the Austin Bar Association, Mr. Courville has assumed several positions here, including serving as the vice chair and treasurer of the association’s Construction Law Section. He also holds close affiliations with the Texas Association of Defense Counsel and the State Bar of Texas’ Construction Law and Litigation sections.
