Craig A. Courville

An attorney at Wright & Greenhill PC, Craig A. Courville, has been an integral part of the firm since 1998. Serving clients across Central Texas, he focuses his practice on not one but multiple niches of law, including construction law, personal injury, intellectual property, premises liability, insurance law and transportation law. He has litigated cases at both the trial and appellate levels. He provides defense for individuals, businesses, corporations, contractors and subcontractors who are being sued for construction accidents, professional liability, deaths, catastrophic injuries and contract breaches.

Mr. Courville earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from The University of Texas at Austin. He then went on to attend The University of Texas at Austin School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor degree in 1998. While here, he served as an associate editor of the university’s law journal, The Review of Litigation. He is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.

As an active member of the Austin Bar Association, Mr. Courville has assumed several positions here, including serving as the vice chair and treasurer of the association’s Construction Law Section. He also holds close affiliations with the Texas Association of Defense Counsel and the State Bar of Texas’ Construction Law and Litigation sections.

Mr. Courville’s legal endeavors have obtained him several accolades and honors from his professional organizations, including the peer-review rating of AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell. He has also received a "Superb" rating from his peers through Avvo.
