Fighting for the rights of those injured by the negligence of another, Daniel J. Christensen is passionate about receiving compensation for clients in cases including construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, animal bites and other general personal injury matters. As the founding attorney at DJC Law, he brings the rigorous, thorough style of representation he gained while working in the military courts. While representing clients in Austin and throughout the state of Texas, Mr. Christensen has tried cases of product defects, medical malpractice, truck and car wrecks, premises liability and negligent security.

Before serving in Fort Hood as an Army Judge Advocate General's Corps attorney, Mr. Christensen earned a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Iowa, and a Juris Doctor from The University of Iowa College of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas and The State Bar of California, and has written, taught and spoken to many professional organizations and graduate classes on topics pertaining to personal injury law.
