Emily E. Landeros is a partner at Bollier Ciccone Stinson LLP in Austin, Texas, where she provides sophisticated and empathetic representation across all aspects of family law. Ms. Landeros’ practice encompasses a broad range of domestic matters, including complex divorce, child custody litigation, modifications and enforcement actions. She began her career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Hays County District Attorney’s Office, where she represented the Department of Family and Protective Services in cases of child abuse and neglect. This intensive trial experience honed her courtroom advocacy and reinforced her commitment to protecting the most vulnerable members of a family.

During law school, she served as the managing editor of the SMU Law Review Association and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Catharina Haynes of the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
