Hannah Hembree Bell

Hannah Hembree Bell is the CEO and managing attorney of The Hembree Bell Law Firm, PLLC, located in Austin, Texas, where she provides family law representation to individuals and families navigating significant personal and legal transitions. Her practice focuses on helping clients address the legal and practical challenges that can arise during divorce, custody disputes and other family law matters.

Ms. Bell’s practice covers a broad range of family law issues, including alimony and spousal support, child support, custody and visitation, divorce, domestic violence, fathers’ rights, and marital property. She also assists clients with mediation and collaborative law, name changes, paternity matters, prenuptial agreements, and same-sex family law. Her work is centered on helping clients understand their legal options and move through the process with greater clarity.

Drawing from her own experience with divorce and a custody case, Ms. Bell brings a personal perspective to her practice. She strives to be the lawyer she wishes she had during her own experience, with an emphasis on providing the guidance, support and advocacy families often need during difficult transitions.

Today, Ms. Bell is also a mother of four young children and part of a blended family. Her personal experiences have given her firsthand insight into the challenges families may face while navigating divorce, custody and other family law matters. She uses that perspective to better understand what clients and their families may be seeking throughout the legal process.

Ms. Bell earned her bachelor’s degree from Asbury College in 2005 and her master’s degree from Liberty University in 2012. She received her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2015. Admitted to practice law in Texas in 2015, she remains focused on serving individuals and families in a range of family law matters throughout the legal process.
