Hope Guardia-Montaño

Hope Guardia is a personal injury attorney at the FVF Law Firm, located in Austin, Texas, and Orlando, Florida. She oversees the Texas office and serves clients all over Texas with an emphasis in Austin and Central Texas. Her practice is focused on the following:

Earning her bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University in 2015, Ms. Guardia went on to enroll at the Loyola University New Orleans to pursue her legal studies. After completing a Tax Certificate in conjunction and earning her Juris Doctor in 2018, she gained the license to practice in Texas the same year, and later, in Florida (2020). She was a part of the university’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance clinic, helping the underserved members of the New Orleans community.

During law school, Ms. Guardia was a vice-justice of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, social chair for the Association of Women Law Students and a representative of the Student Bar Association’s Criminal Law Society. She was the recipient of the Clem H. and Norris Tricon Sehrt Scholarship, the Anna and Sarah Shaw Texas Scholarship in Law, and the Law Dean’s Scholarship. As an excellent law student, she received the highest grades in Corporate Taxation, Professional Ethics, and Trademark and Unfair Competition.

Ms. Guardia has dedicated her legal career to personal injury litigation, helping victims who are suffering due to the negligence of others. The knowledge she gained from her previous career as an insurance adjuster helps her analyze cases from a different perspective and offer her clients effective counsel, resulting in getting them the most favorable settlements.

Well-respected in the legal community, Ms. Guardia is a member of prominent legal associations, including the Florida Justice Association, the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Bar College.
