Mr. Rial earned his law degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and has been licensed since 1986. While in law school, he worked for the Journal of Air Law and Commerce as the Notes and Comments Editor. After working as an attorney for several years, he became board-certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in consumer law and commercial law.

Over the past three decades, Mr. Rial gained a lot of experience representing corporations of varying sizes. In fact, some of his clients have been Fortune 500 companies battling complex arbitrations and lawsuits. These high-profile cases have contributed to the strength of his reputation, making him one of the most top-rated attorneys in Central Texas. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, several U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Courts of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court. 

In 2002, Mr. Rial contributed two publications on arbitration. For over two decades, he has also served in various roles at the YMCA of Austin Southwest and Metropolitan Board of Directors.
