Jana is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional US & Europe (CIPP/US & CIPP/E), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP-US). After many years of commercial and employment-related litigation, Jana focuses her business law practice on the following areas:
