Janice M. Eggleston

A co-founder of the Eggleston Law Firm, PC, Janice M. Eggleston focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters. From the firm's office in Bee Hive, Texas, she provides effective and compassionate representation to clients throughout Travis County and other parts of the state. Ms. Eggleston has been admitted to practice before all Texas state courts since 2010.

Ms. Eggleston's client base is largely comprised of area residents who are seeing their marriages coming to an end and who are thus dealing with such divorce-related issues as the division of complex property and debts, child custody and visitation, and spousal and child support. A forceful courtroom advocate for her clients when litigation becomes necessary, she often helps them to achieve a resolution on some or all of these matters by assisting them in negotiating a comprehensive settlement agreement. For her clients whose marriages have already been legally dissolved, Ms. Eggleston provides them with representation when they are seeking the enforcement of or modifications to existing support and parenting orders.

As an undergraduate, Ms. Eggleston attended the University of Mary Hardin–Baylor, a private Christian university in Belton, Texas. After she received her bachelor's degree with honors, she went on to pursue her legal education at what was then known as the Texas AM& University School of Law, and she was awarded her Juris Doctor in 2010. She subsequently co-founded the Eggleston Law Firm, P.C., with her husband. In order to stay abreast of current developments in her practice area and to forge connections with fellow attorneys, Ms. Eggleston is also a member of the Williamson County Bar Association and other professional organizations.
