Attorney Jay Harvey is Managing Partner of Winckler, Harvey & McConnell, LLP, in Austin, Texas. That same year, the State Bar of Texas admitted him to practice, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court.
