Jaynie Badgett Clements

Jaynie Badgett Clements is a distinguished partner at Cofer & Connelly, PLLC, based in Austin, Texas, where she focuses on family law, with a particular focus on high-asset divorces and adoptions. In 2020, Ms. Clements made the move to Austin after honing her skills in family law for three years in San Antonio. An academic achiever, Ms. Clements graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in May 2017. During her time there, she earned first place in the Renna and Jeff Embry Mock Trial Competition and served as vice-chair of the Board of Advocates. Her involvement in the mock trial team brought her numerous victories and honed her advocacy skills.

After law school, Ms. Clements began her career as an associate attorney at a respected family law firm in San Antonio. During her tenure, she dedicated her time as a mentor and volunteer with PEARLS Court, a program designed to prepare teenage girls for life beyond foster care. She is a respected figure in the legal community, holding memberships in the Family Law Sections of the State Bar of Texas, the Travis Bar Association and the Williamson County Bar Association. 

Additionally, Ms. Clements is an active member of the Junior League of Austin, where she is committed to community service. Her insights and competence have been featured in publications such as "The Scout Guide Abilene," where she shares her journey and dedication to her clients.
