His prior work experience includes serving as an assistant general counsel for the Texas Medical Board and as assistant attorney general at the Texas Attorney General’s Office in the Elder Law and Public Health Division. He has also served as a prosecutor for Midland County Texas.

Actively associated with the legal community, Mr. Rivas is a member of the Texas Association for Home Care & Hospice, the American Health Lawyers Association and the Hispanic National Bar Association. He is a zealous and fierce defender of his clients’ rights and liberties, and ensures to help his clients resolve their issues, capitalize on opportunities, and safeguard their assets.
