Kevin Mullen

As the principal at the Mullen Firm PLLC, Kevin Mullen brings 20 years of experience to each case he handles. During this time, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in arbitrations, mediations, injunction proceedings and trials. The cases he litigates involve unfair competition, negligence, contract, employment and intentional tort. 

After high school, Mr. Mullen received a full academic scholarship to attend The University of Texas at Dallas. A year later, he attended what was then called Texas Wesleyan University School of Law to earn his law degree. The college is now known as Texas A&M.

Mr. Mullen was only a recent graduate, in 2001, when he received a prestigious opportunity in the Texas Attorney General's Honors Program. This position required him to review state statutes and programs and defend their constitutionality. In this role, he represented employees and state agencies. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and is a member of the Austin Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and the Austin Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section.

Under Mr. Mullen's direction, his law firm has proudly supported several charitable organizations. These include the Central Texas Food Bank, the Eanes Education Foundation and Operation Smile. When not handling cases or volunteering, Mr. Mullen coaches his daughter's basketball team, pursues his passion for Tex-Mex cuisine, spends time with his wife and reads exciting spy novels.
