Michelle Alcala joined the firm as a senior associate attorney in 2017 and has been named a partner of the firm. Ms. Alcala has been practicing law for 18 years. Ms. Alcala’s law practice includes a specialization in Labor and Employment law as well as a broad range of civil litigation, including disputes involving employment law, business contracts, real estate, construction, intellectual property, and personal injury in state and federal court, appeals, and arbitration proceedings. Michelle received recognition as a “Rising Star” in Business Litigation, and has been selected as a “Texas Super Lawyer” in 2007, 2010-2011, 2013-2015, in Law & Politics and Texas Monthly Magazine. Ms. Alcala also received the Suzanne Covington Pro Bono Service Award from Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas in 2007. Michelle previously worked at Graves, Dougherty, Hearon & Moody in the Austin office.
