R. Blair Carroll

A founding attorney and the managing partner of Carroll Troberman, PLLC, R. Blair Carroll primarily serves the counties of Travis and Hays and throughout Central Texas. The firm is headquartered in Austin, Texas. With close to two decades of experience in the legal arena, he practices law in the areas of criminal law and family law. 

Passionate in his profession, Mr. Carroll extends a compassionate helping hand to people who seek him in resolving cases of divorce, child custody, child support and domestic abuse. Prioritizing the needs of his clients, he strives to find creative solutions that generate less friction between the members in the process and takes up fewer resources and less time. His experience with personal injury law has also molded his perspective as an attorney and helped in developing an empathetic mindset toward his clients.

A majority of cases that Mr. Carroll attends to are related to criminal law, which comprises mainly of DWI defense and associated legal matters. He gained experience in the field working under some of the eminent and renowned attorneys in this area of practice and has defended hundreds of clients over the years. He has successfully handled charges ranging from drug possession to first-degree murder. 

Mr. Carroll secured a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2001 from Texas Tech University and went on to study law at the St. Mary’s University School of Law. After graduating with his Juris Doctor degree in 2005, he was licensed by the State Bar of Texas. He was named a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and has received an “Excellent” rating on Avvo.
