R. CARSON FISK is a shareholder at Andrews Myers P.C. in the firm’s Austin office. Board certified in Construction Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Fisk represents owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and architects in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He assists clients in resolving disputes in all forums, including through negotiation, mediation, litigation, and arbitration, and he has experience with payment claims, termination claims, construction defects, delay and acceleration claims, lien and bond claims, administrative actions, and surety claims. He has also drafted and negotiated a variety of design and construction contracts, including prime contracts, EPC agreements, lender agreements, subcontracts, and purchase contracts, in both the private and public sectors. He also serves as a an arbitrator and mediator, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a credentialed mediator with the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association.
