Robert C. Alden

As a partner at Byrd Davis Alden & Henrichson LLP, Robert Alden provides dedicated legal services to people living in Austin and throughout the State of Texas. He focuses his practice on personal injury, and wrongful death, as well as business litigation.  He is Board Certified in Civil Trial and Personal Injury Trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin in 1980, Mr. Alden went on to attend The University of Texas School of Law. He graduated with his Juris Doctor with high honors in 1987. Mr. Alden also holds a Master of Public Affairs from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Alden is dedicated to maintaining high legal standards and offering clients the quality representation they deserve, which has helped him earn the highest possible rating of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell.   He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, and an associate member in the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
