Sally S. Metcalfe

Sally S. Metcalfe is an attorney and the founder of Metcalfe Law, PLLC, in Austin, Texas. Ms. Metcalfe has several years of experience in the area of plaintiffs’ personal injury and serves clients throughout the Austin region. She handles many types of cases, including those involving bad faith insurance claims, construction litigation, medical malpractice, products liability and other personal injury matters.

Ms. Metcalfe holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University, located in College Station, Texas. Following college, she worked as a treasury analyst before earning a law degree from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law. During law school, she became a member of the Order of Barristers. Her additional formal education includes a personal injury law certification from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Licensed to practice law in Texas since 1993, Ms. Metcalfe is also admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. She belongs to several professional associations, including the Austin Bar Association, the Travis County Women Lawyers Association, the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association.

In addition to her law practice and devotion to professional legal organizations, Ms. Metcalfe serves her community in various other ways. She volunteers for Meals on Wheels Central Texas, sits on the board of the Texas Legal Services Center and teaches Sunday school at a local church.
