Stephen W. Stewart

At the federal and state level, Mr. Stewart takes a wide range of personal injury cases, including wrongful death, trucking accidents and construction accidents. He is admitted to practice by the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of New Mexico, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of Texas. For his stellar work as a team member of the Law Enforcement Appreciation Team for Mothers Against Drunk Driving, he earned the Star Volunteer Award, and has also received the Medal of Honor during National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. Continuing his legacy of community involvement, he and his family work with Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Mr. Stewart is a Board Member of the 100 Club of Central Texas.

Before earning a Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1997, with honors. Mr. Stewart graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance. He is a member of the Austin Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of New Mexico, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association (Board of Directors), the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Mr. Stewart also handles cases of catastrophic injury, workplace accidents and car, boating, bicycle, airplane, and pedestrian accidents.
