Cade Bernsen

Advocating for victims of negligence in East Texas and Beaumont, Cade Bernsen is an attorney at the Bernsen Law Firm. He follows in his father’s footsteps and has fond memories of watching his dad in trial. Today, Mr. Bernsen’s caseload includes matters such as the following: construction site accidents, car accidents, truck accidents, burn injuries, maritime accidents, defective products, industrial accidents and civil rights violations.

Admitted to practice in Texas in 2010, Mr. Bernsen has established a reputation for taking every possible measure to ensure defendants are brought to justice. He listens as clients tell their stories, making sure to investigate every way in which an incident has brought them harm. Through compiling evidence and using expert testimony, Mr. Bernsen has time and again recovered substantial awards for clients.

Born and raised in Southeast Texas, Mr. Bernsen recognizes that expedient resolution best serves clients on their road to recovery. He strives to reach a fair settlement on their behalf through the negotiation process. When that is not possible, he takes the case to trial. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

A member of the State Bar of Texas, Mr. Bernsen is also involved with the Jefferson County Bar Association. He serves as president of the Jefferson County Young Lawyers Association.

In 2010, Mr. Bernsen received a Juris Doctor from the South Texas College of Law Houston. He earned his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts in political Science, from The University of Arizona in 2006.
