Anita K. Cutrer

Certified as a specialist in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Anita K. Cutrer focuses her practice exclusively on that area of the law. the owner of the firm Anita K. Cutrer, Attorney at Law, PLLC, she represents clients throughout Tarrant County from the firm's office in Bedford, Texas. Ms. Cutrer has been admitted to practice before all Texas state courts since 1993.

Ms. Cutrer's family law client base is predominantly made up of people who are facing the end of their marriages and who are thus having to deal with such divorce-related issues as the division of assets and debts, child custody and visitation, and spousal and child support. Her extensive experience in mediation and collaborative law allows her to help many of her clients come to an accord on these matters through the use of those methods of alternative dispute resolution, but she is a forceful courtroom advocate on their behalf when litigation becomes necessary. As an undergraduate, Ms. Cutrer attended the University of Houston and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1988. She subsequently went on to pursue her legal education at South Texas College of Law Houston and was awarded her Juris Doctor in 1993.
