- Serving as Lead Counsel, our team obtained a unanimous verdict for Plaintiff Dr. Liza Thalheimer in her breach of employment contract claim against Defendant TMH Physician Organization d/b/a Houston Methodist Specialty Physician Group ("HMSPG"). The verdict was returned in less than an hour after a 5-day jury trial in Case No. 2021-27989 in the 333rd District Court of Harris County, the Honorable Tracy Good presiding. The jury awarded the full amount of damages ($754,875.10) that were presented and requested. By agreement, the award of attorneys fees is being presented to the court for a determination. , 2025
