James M. Ardoin

James M. Ardoin is the owner and lead trial attorney at Jimmy Ardoin & Associates, PLLC, located in Bellaire, Texas, where he represents clients in a range of complex legal matters, including criminal defense, personal injury and general civil litigation. With a practice that spans both state and federal courts, he advocates for individuals facing serious legal challenges and works to secure favorable outcomes through strategic litigation and trial experience.

Mr. Ardoin handles criminal defense cases, including white collar matters and represents plaintiffs in personal injury disputes. His practice also includes general litigation, allowing him to guide clients through a variety of civil and criminal proceedings. Known for his thorough approach, he works closely with clients to understand the details of their cases and develop effective legal strategies.

Academically, Mr. Ardoin earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000 before obtaining his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2004. During his legal education, he developed the foundational skills that continue to inform his work as a trial attorney.

Admitted to practice law in Texas in 2004, Mr. Ardoin is also admitted before multiple federal courts, including the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 4th and 5th Circuits, as well as the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern District of Texas. He is additionally admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Texas.

Mr. Ardoin remains active in the legal community through his involvement in several professional organizations, including the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
