Casey Lee

Providing reliable counsel in matters of family law, Casey Lee holds nearly a decade of experience in the legal profession. Serving clients in the greater San Antonio area from her office at Lovorn Law Firm, PLLC, in Boerne, Texas, she represents clients in all matters of family law. Understanding the emotional stress one can go through in times of a legal proceeding entailing family, she ensures the client’s best interests are protected no matter what. She handles cases including divorce, child custody, alimony and marital property, among others.

Gaining her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 2015, Ms. Lee earned her license to practice law in Texas in 2018. She is further licensed to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. While at law school, she interned at the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC), where she advocated for fair and compassionate immigration reform in meetings with U.S. lawmakers and proposed immigration reform legislation in the Senate.

Ms. Lee’s early experience also includes serving as a certified student attorney for the Columbus Community Legal Services, representing low-income clients in family law, bankruptcy, domestic violence and consumer protection matters. She also served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Fern Flanagan Saddler at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. This early exposure provided her with the strong foundation needed to build her career in family law. Her current practice reflects her deep legal acumen and her extensive experience.

For her commitment to providing accessible service to people in need, Ms. Lee was awarded the Allan Dubois Volunteer of the Year by the San Antonio Legal Services Association in 2026. She is an active member of the Family Law Section of the San Antonio Bar Association. Additionally, she serves on the board of directors for the Bexar County Women’s Bar Association.
