A Trinity University in San Antonio graduate with a B.S. (1998) in finance and marketing, Mr. Begum furthered his education with an MBA in finance at Texas Tech University. Leveraging his academic background, he served as a financial adviser, helping others with his knowledge. Yet, driven by a deeper ambition, he earned his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2003. Committed to continuous learning, he honed his skills at Harvard University, focusing on finance and legal writing. Likewise, he was selected for the Trial Lawyers College in 2010.

Throughout his career, Mr. Begum has upheld an impressive track record, with over 100 trials to verdict and managing thousands of personal injury cases totaling over $800 million in settlements and verdicts. He appears across Texas State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. In addition, he is an associate of several organizations, such as the American Bar Association, the Cameron County Bar Association, the Cameron County Trial Lawyers Association, the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Alamo Asian American Chamber of Commerce and the State Bar of Texas.
